Mer-Kote, a division of Parex-LaHabra of Anaheim, recently received new ICC-ES reports for their Shurdeck concrete/metal lath deck system and for Weatherdeck, their floating slip sheet system.
Both systems are rated as Class A roof coverings, meeting the code requirements for fire retardant decking.
Both systems are also rated for One Hour construction as well, a separate classification.
It's been a long time for Mer-Kote to receive these reports and I'm sure that they are relieved to finally have them.
See Mer-Kote's website at http://www.parexmer-ko.com/ for more information on their decking and waterproofing products and systems.
