AL Walking Deck System
The Life Deck® AL (Acrylic Lath) ICC-ESR 2701 Waterproof Decking System is the industry-leading Class “A” Fire Resistant System for plywood decks. The system is installed with a series of two cementitious applications over hot dipped galvanized metal lath, stapled to plywood, and bonded with a specially formulated acrylic emulsion. Then, it is sealed with a 100% acrylic top coat or a decorative overlay system.

AL Flex System
The Life Deck® AL-Flex ICC-ESR 2701 Waterproof Decking System is the industry-leading Class “A” Fire-Rated resistant system for plywood decks. The system is installed with a series of 2 cementitious applications bonded together with a specially formulated acrylic emulsion and sealed with a 100% acrylic top coat or heat reflective deck coating. The first cement application is installed over metal lath, followed by an embedded fiberglass chopped strand and 1589 waterproofing resin, a decorative texture finish, and coated with our 10 or 28 Series color sealer.
AMAC System
AMAC is a combination of a metal lath reinforced and a fiber reinforced deck system for use on walking decks, balconies, corridors, stairs and landings with heavy traffic. It is regularly specified for hotels, condominiums, apartments, and office buildings. The Life Deck AMAC system may incorporate Seal Guard under the lath as a back-up waterproof membrane and reinforcement for plywood seams. This product can be applied over most old deck systems to provide an excellent method for the rehabilitation of problem surfaces. It is bonded together with specially formulated acrylic emulsions and can be sealed with Life Deck 10 Series or 28 Series 100% Acrylic Top Coat. FM System
The Life Deck® FM (Fiberglass Mat) Waterproof Decking System is an industry-leading all-acrylic coating system designed with simplicity and performance in mind. This four step system uses a fiberglass mat with four acrylic coatings applied in steps to waterproof your above-ground deck. The FM System is easy to repair and requires only minimum maintenance to give a long lasting life. It is extremely flexible, skid resistant and is well suited for plywood and concrete substrates.
Uses and Recommended Substrates: The FM System is designed for use on elevated concrete and plywood walking decks. FM System has been designed for balconies, corridors, stairs and landings and is regularly specified for hotels, condominiums, apartments and office buildings. This product can be applied over most old deck systems to provide an excellent method for the rehabilitation of problem surfaces.
AL/UT Under Tile System
The Life Deck Specialty Coatings AL-UT (Acrylic Lath Under Tile) is a metal lath reinforced deck system installed with a series of two separate cementitious applications over a waterproofing bituminous layer. It is bonded together with a specially formulated acrylic emulsion.
Uses & Recommended Surfaces
The AL UT system works only on plywood walking decks. It is recommended for the discriminating contractor or building owner who demands the finest in design, strength and durability. The AL-UT is ideal for under tile installations, podium decks, or under slab. Life Deck AL-UT has been designed for balconies, corridors, stairs and landings. It can be stapled through most old deck systems to provide an excellent method for the rehabilitation of problem surfaces.
